BEACH PICNIC FOR 2

STANDARD SET UP 3 hours includes:

  • Set up and take down, Picnic table of your choosing, table runner or table linen, blanket to sit on, 2 pillows, faux flowers, picnic basket

  • Can add on for extra cost: candles & candle sticks, coolers, placemats, plates, gobblets glasses, wine glasses, corn hole, chairs, chalk sign, etc.

BONFIRE - NEWPORT OR HUNTINGTON BEACH

STANDARD SET UP for 3 hours includes:

  • 6ft Table for food, Black table linen, 2 chairs, and 1 mini table.

  • Complimentary 2 bundles of wood, lighter, starter.

  • Can add on for extra cost: coolers, corn hole, bottle toss, more chairs, tables, extra wood, tiki touches, etc.

DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATOR

Includes: 10 hours on the wedding day and 1 hour on rehearsal day

  • Emergency kit and full day-of support

  • Day of vendor management, timeline execution, and cueing throughout the event

  • 10-hour on-site coordination on the wedding day

  • Cueing ceremony: Coordinate processional, music, and timing.

  • Reception flow management: Grand entrance, dinner, toasts, cake cutting, dances, etc.

  • Handle emergencies and questions from vendors or guests discreetly.

  • Pack up personal items and gifts at the end of the night.

Contact us to schedule a complimentary consultation. Then, if you decide to partner, we'll contract and move on to the next step.

DESIGN & CREATION

Working closely with you and your event planner, we'll develop mood boards and plan the creative styling using our rental inventory or custom builds.

INSTALLATION & RETRIEVAL

When your vision becomes a reality! We'll install your rentals at the venue on your event date and pick them up when you're finished celebrating.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN I PICK UP MY RENTALS?

Yes! Depending on the items you rented, you may pick up your rentals and we will waive our delivery/pickup fee.

CAN I HIRE YOUR SERVICES WITHOUT RENTING YOUR ITEMS?

Yes and vice versa! You can rent our items without an event planner, and you can contract our services without renting our items.
